Monitoring
We are aware that some customers’ may not be receiving their Microsoft verification codes to their inboxes when they sign in using multi-factor authentication or reset their passwords.
If you have not received your MFA verification code, please check your Junk or Spam folder, or alternatively contact your internal IT team and ask them to confirm whether emails from msonlineservicesteam@microsoftonline.com are being blocked, filtered, or quarantined by your organisation’s email security system.
